Each of our burners is individually handmade, which means subtle variations and small imperfections may naturally occur. These details are part of the piece’s character and do not affect its performance.
Our burners are specifically designed for use with standard four-hour tealights. We do not recommend using eight-hour tealights, as the extended burn time generates more heat than intended. For best results and safety, always use four-hour tealights. Suitable packs are available to purchase on our website.
Always position your burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface to prevent potential heat marks or damage. Never move the burner while a tealight is lit or while the wax is still warm. Allow it to cool completely before handling.
Keep away from children and pets, and ensure the burner is placed clear of draughts. Do not position near curtains, soft furnishings or any materials that could catch fire. Never leave a lit tealight unattended, and avoid placing the burner close to direct heat sources.
