Orders & Payments

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email containing your dispatch and tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure all billing and delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery

Ava Mayfair uses Evri for all UK deliveries.

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days from £4.99
  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days from £3.95

Free UK mainland delivery is available on orders over £50.

Please note that free delivery excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, and selected postcodes where additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking information will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Courier tracking information is only available for up to 3 months after dispatch. Unfortunately, enquiries raised outside of this timeframe may be unable to be investigated further.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

At Ava Mayfair, every order is checked carefully before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us at contact@avamayfair.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of your invoice where possible
  • Clear photographs of any damage or incorrect items

This will help our team resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your parcel appears heavily damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel with the courier where possible.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Ava Mayfair products. However, if you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition, and in their original packaging with no signs of wear, use, or damage.

  • Orders cancelled within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, including the original delivery cost.
  • Returns requested between 15–30 days after delivery will be refunded for the product cost only.

Unfortunately, we may be unable to issue refunds for items returned damaged, used, or without their original packaging.
