If there is an issue with any items you receive, we are more than happy to resolve any issues – please contact us via our email address contact@avamayfair.com

If a refund or resend is required you may be asked to provide proof of the default or damage, either with photographic proof or by resending items back to us. If the default is found to be as described we will of course reimburse any return postage costs incurred. Please note that once a wax block has been started we will be unable to exchange it if it is simply due to a dislike of the scent – we advise all customers to smell the wax bars on opening and if they are not to your taste, please do not break and burn, so that they can be resent and exchanged.
We hope you understand that as a small business we have to verify claims etc to protect ourselves – but equally we are more than happy to resolve any and all genuine cases.
