Our loyalty programme rewards you every time you shop with us.
To begin collecting points, you’ll need to create an Ava Mayfair account. Each product page displays the number of points you’ll earn, and your total points will be shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, your points will be automatically added to your account. You can then redeem them at checkout by selecting “Redeem points,” with the value deducted from your basket total.

For UK orders, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Evri tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly via the Evri tracking page using the reference provided in your dispatch email.
If you haven’t received your dispatch confirmation or are experiencing any difficulty tracking your order, please get in touch via our Contact page , and we’ll be happy to assist.
We begin processing orders promptly to ensure swift dispatch. For this reason, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make amendments. This includes adding or removing items, applying discount codes, or combining multiple orders.
If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch via our Contact page as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before courier collection has been arranged, so we recommend getting in touch promptly.

If your order hasn’t arrived and your tracking hasn’t updated, please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery.
If 10 working days have passed and you’re still awaiting your parcel, please get in touch via our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll investigate this for you as quickly as possible.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed in line with our returns policy.

Your experience with Ava Mayfair is extremely important to us. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and in a resaleable state.

Our Products & How to Care For Them
Our home fragrance products are formulated for safe use within the home when used as directed. However, as with all fragranced products, we recommend keeping them out of reach of pets and ensuring rooms are well ventilated during use.
If your pet has sensitivities, we advise consulting your veterinarian before introducing any fragranced products into your home.

Our wax melts are highly fragranced and typically provide up to 32 hours of scent per segment, depending on room size and burner type.
Our scents are designed to deliver a noticeable yet refined fragrance throw. Strength can vary depending on room size and airflow, but we strive to achieve a luxurious, long-lasting scent experience.
Always use with an appropriate wax burner and unscented tea light. Never leave unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.
It’s completely normal to see a light vapour rising from your wax melt while it’s in use. This is simply the fragrance being gently released into the air as the wax warms.
As the scent begins to fade, you may notice less visible vapour.
To ensure the best performance, always use an appropriate wax burner with an unscented tealight and avoid using higher-wattage electric burners than recommended.

If your wax melt appears to be bubbling, there’s no need for concern. This can occasionally happen for a few reasons:
The burner may still contain moisture if it has recently been washed
The wax may be getting too hot
The tealight may be positioned too close to the bowl
To prevent bubbling, always ensure your burner is completely dry before use. Use a burner specifically designed for wax melts (rather than an oil burner, unless stated as suitable for both), and ensure there is adequate space between the tealight and the dish above.
We recommend using a maximum of 4-hour tealight to help maintain optimal fragrance performance.
If wax becomes too hot, the fragrance may evaporate more quickly, which can reduce the longevity of the scent.

The easiest way to remove used wax is to gently warm it for a short time. Light your tealight or switch on your burner for approximately 30 seconds — just enough to slightly loosen the wax without fully melting it.
Once loosened, carefully remove the wax from the dish. Always ensure the burner is cool enough to handle before touching it, and take care to avoid direct contact with hot wax.
Alternatively, if the wax is fully melted, you can absorb it using cotton pads or kitchen towel before replacing it with a fresh melt.
Allow the burner to cool completely before adding a new wax melt.

Not all oil burners are suitable for wax melts.
Oil burners are often designed with a smaller gap between the tealight flame and the dish above. This can cause the wax to overheat, which may affect fragrance performance and could pose a safety risk.
If you are using a burner purchased from another retailer, we recommend checking the product instructions carefully to ensure it is specifically suitable for wax melts. There should be adequate space between the tealight and the bowl to allow the wax to warm gently rather than overheat.
For best results and optimal fragrance performance, always use a burner designed for wax melts.
Our products are formulated for safe home use when used as directed. However, pregnancy and newborn care can come with increased sensitivities to fragrance.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a newborn at home, we recommend consulting your GP or healthcare professional before using fragranced products.
As with all home fragrance items, we advise using them in a well-ventilated space and keeping products out of reach of children and pets.
Reed diffusers provide a continuous, flame-free way to fragrance your home.
The scented oil is poured into a diffuser vessel, and natural rattan reeds are placed inside. These reeds gently absorb the fragrance oil and draw it upwards, allowing the scent to be gradually released into the air.
To refresh and enhance the fragrance, we recommend turning the reeds weekly so that the saturated ends are exposed. This helps to maintain a consistent scent throughout your space.
For best results, position your diffuser in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
The longevity of a reed diffuser depends on several factors, including the volume of oil, the number of reeds used, and the environment in which it’s placed.
As a general guide, larger volumes of fragrance oil will last longer. Using more reeds will create a stronger scent throw, but the oil will diffuse more quickly. Fewer reeds will produce a lighter fragrance, while extending the lifespan of the oil.
Room temperature and airflow can also affect performance — warmer or well-ventilated areas may cause the fragrance to diffuse faster.
Over time, reeds can become saturated and less effective at dispersing scent. We recommend replacing your reeds periodically to maintain optimal performance.
When the fragrance has fully evaporated, you can simply refill your vessel with one of our reed diffuser refills and continue enjoying your chosen scent.
An aroma oil is a highly fragranced oil designed to scent your home. Unlike essential oils, which are naturally derived from plants for aromatherapy purposes, aroma oils are carefully blended fragrance oils created specifically for home fragrance use.
They can be used in compatible oil burners or diffusers (always check your device instructions before use) and are formulated to deliver a consistent, long-lasting scent experience.
We recommend using aroma oils with an electric aroma diffuser to gently and safely fragrance your home.

To use:
Fill your diffuser’s water reservoir to the recommended level.
Add a few drops of aroma oil (typically 3–6 drops, depending on room size and desired strength).
Switch on your diffuser and allow the fine mist to disperse the fragrance throughout your space.
You can adjust the number of drops to achieve your preferred scent intensity.
For best results, always refer to the item instructions provided and clean the unit regularly to maintain optimal performance.
We recommend using your electric burner for approximately 3–4 hours at a time to achieve optimal fragrance performance.
After use, allow the burner to cool completely before handling or adding more product. Giving the unit time to rest between uses can also help maintain fragrance longevity and overall performance.
